In development

The canvas that remembers how your team thinks.

Two things we always wished whiteboards did. Nothing here is shipped yet and we won’t put dates on it. What has shipped is in the changelog.

Canvas ReplayComing soon

Rewind your whiteboard.

Scrub through every change on a shared canvas, see who added what, and export the story of an idea as a GIF.

The problem

A finished board shows the answer but not how the team got there. The reasoning, the dead ends and who raised what are gone the moment someone tidies up.

How it will work

  1. Scrub the timeline

Drag through the history of a canvas and watch it rebuild, change by change.

  2. See who added what

Every step is attributed, so a decision keeps its author and its context.

  3. Export the story

Turn a stretch of history into a GIF to drop into a doc, a PR or a status update.

Available today

Edits already merge live with Yjs and queue offline, which is the history Replay builds on.

Diagram DriftComing soon

Docs that tell you when they’re lying.

Link a shape to code on GitHub. When merged pull requests change it, the diagram flags itself as possibly outdated.

The problem

Architecture diagrams go stale the day after they are drawn, and nobody notices until someone trusts one. Keeping them current is a chore no one owns.

How it will work

  1. Link a shape to code

Point a shape at a file or folder in a connected GitHub repository.

  2. Merges are watched

When a merged pull request touches that code, Planloom notices.

  3. The diagram flags itself

The shape is marked as possibly outdated, with the pull request that changed it, so the fix is one click away.

Available today

Repositories, pull requests and commits already sit on the board as live cards.
