Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16 years old.

You own what you create in Planloom. You grant us only the licence needed to host, sync and display it to you and the people you share it with.

Personal notes, journal entries and personal canvases are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read them, and we cannot recover them if you lose all your devices and your recovery key.

The free plan is free. Paid plans renew at the interval you choose until cancelled, and fees shown at checkout apply.

You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled as required by law and as described at checkout.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.

We work to keep Planloom reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You can stop using Planloom and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
