Account data: your name, email address and authentication details.

Workspace data: canvases, tasks and comments in shared Co-Spaces, stored so teammates can collaborate.

Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregate product analytics and diagnostic logs. We do not record what you write on your canvases in analytics.

Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Personal notes, journal entries and personal canvases are encrypted in your browser. Only ciphertext and wrapped keys reach our servers, so we cannot read that content.

When you use Planloom AI, only the shapes or frame you select are sent, trimmed to text, with no images or files. Results are previewed before they are added to your board.

To provide, secure and improve the service, process payments, send essential account emails, and comply with the law.

We share data only with infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf, integrations you connect, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account, and we then remove your data except where we must keep records by law.

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
